Key stages include structural audits, securing at least 51(per) member consent, appointing experts, managing approvals (e.g., BMC/MCGM), and ensuring quality control. .
Initial Phases: Conduct feasibility studies to assess FSI (Floor Space Index), building condition, and financial viability. Appointment of Experts: Engage PMC, architects, and legal advisors for technical and legal guidance. Approval & Planning: Obtain necessary sanctions from local authorities (e.g., NMMC, TMC, MCGM). Execution & Control: Manage contractor performance, quality checks, and temporary relocation of residents. Handover: Obtain the Occupation Certificate (OC) and complete the final handover of new units.
